Terms and Conditions

Safe Diving Policy

All scuba and freediving activities must be conducted in accordance with the guidelines and recommendations for safe diving practices established by SSI. All customers have access to a copy of these guidelines on their SSI app and should review them before any diving activities.

Diving requires focus, rest, good judgment, and proper recovery. Drugs, excessive alcohol, lack of sleep, and dehydration do not mix well with diving.

We suggest staying well hydrated and avoiding physically demanding activities, such as intense training or long hikes, during your course or diving days so you can dive comfortably and safely.

Go Diving reserves the right to postpone or cancel activities due to inappropriate conduct or unsafe diving practices.

Payment Policy.

Students enrolled in any diving course must settle payment in full before any in-water training activities.

Students who are unable or choose not to complete a diving course may be entitled to a partial refund, depending on the services already provided.

Certified divers must pay in advance for any booked dive trip.

Payments can be made by:

- Cash in local currency
- Credit card, subject to a 6% fee

Cancellation and No-Show Policy.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start time, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

If you’re unable to join your activity because of an unforeseeable event beyond your control, such as illness or injury, you may be eligible for a partial refund, even within 12 hours of the start time. In this case, we retain 1,000 THB per person to cover costs already incurred, including administration, insurance, activity planning, equipment preparation and tank reservations.

You’ll receive a full refund if:
- You cancel at least 12 hours before your activity starts, for any reason
- Go Diving cancels the activity (for example, due to weather or safety conditions)

Safety-related cancellations by the instructor or dive center will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Instructor and administrative fees will still apply in these cases.

Unplanned course date changes: THB 1,500 rescheduling fee
Fun dive no-shows: THB 500 rescheduling fee
Deposits: non-refundable, but can be used for a future booking
