SSI Level 2/AIDA 3
This SSI Level 2 or AIDA3 program is the advanced course designed to further elevate your standards in the world of freediving. Over the course of three days, you will improve your knowledge and skills necessary to dive and enjoy the depths of the sea in a single breath, all while feeling safe and comfortable.
We can reach a maximum depth of up to 30m. We are the only school on the island that conducts its practices at actual dive sites, so while you practice this wonderful sport, you can enjoy the corals, fish, and shipwrecks available to us.

Day 0 (the day before the course starts): Stop by the center before 8:00 PM to complete registration and try on your equipment.Day 1- 9:00 AM: Meet at the center for a theory class.
- 10:15 AM: Break.
- 10:45 AM: Head out to the sea. We will conduct 2 dives; the first in shallow waters along the shores of Koh Nang Yuan island to practice breathing techniques, as well as static and dynamic apnea.
After a break on the boat, we will proceed with the second dive where we will practice equalization techniques, seek depth, and learn advanced skills. - 4:30 PM: Return to the dive center.
Day 2- 9:00 AM: Meet again at the center for the second part of the theory session.
- 10:15 AM: Break.
- 10:45 AM: Head back to the sea for another 2 dives. This time, we will train depth, free-fall, and buoyancy while enjoying one of the shipwrecks around the island.
- 4:30 PM: Return to the dive center.
Day 3- 10:30 AM: Meet at the school.
- 10:45 AM: Head out to the sea for the final 2 dives. We will train depth up to 30m, as well as safety and rescue practices.
- 4:30 PM – Return to the center.

DEPOSIT: To confirm your reservation, we require a 1,000 THB deposit per person via bank transfer.

Let’s start with the crazy atmosphere, everyone travels together in a boat and then splits into groups. Full of people, fun, laughter.
The course was at a crazy level, on the first day we were already in the water. Our instructor Nacho was professional, he calmed us down even when I was afraid, I felt like I was in good hands.
In general, the whole atmosphere in the club is just fun, you come and you just want to stay with the guys here.
A hot recommendation! Don’t close anywhere else! It’s crazy worth it.
There’s nothing to fear about the language, they speak slowly and in clear and easy English. Just come! An experience you won’t forget!!
