FAQs
Which scuba course should I start with?
If you’re new to diving, the best entry point is the Open Water Diver course (no experience required). It takes 3–4 days and certifies you to dive to 18 m with a buddy. Short on time? Try a Try Dive/Discover Scuba experience in one day—you can credit this toward Open Water if you continue.
How long do the main courses take and what’s included?
Typical durations: Open Water (3–4 days), Advanced/Adventure (2 days), Rescue + First Aid (2–3 days). Courses include instructor tuition, all scuba equipment, boat trips, and internationally recognized certification fees. We keep small group sizes for safety and comfort, and provide study materials and logbooks as needed.
Do I need to be fit or a strong swimmer? Any age limits?
You should be comfortable in the water, able to swim 200 m (or snorkel 300 m) and float for 10 minutes. All students complete a standard dive medical questionnaire; if any answers are “Yes,” you’ll need a doctor’s clearance. Minimum age is 10 for junior certifications; under-18s need parental consent.
How do bookings, weather, and cancellations work?
We start courses most days. A small deposit secures your spot, and we’re flexible with start dates. If weather or sea conditions affect the plan, we switch to the safest sites or reschedule—if we must cancel, you’ll be refunded or rebooked. Please check our 48-hour cancellation policy when you book.
