We can reach a maximum depth of up to 12m
We are the only school on the island that conducts practice dives at actual dive sites, so you can enjoy the corals, fish, and shipwrecks around us.

We’ll meet at the center the day before, before 8:00 PM, to complete registration and try your equipment. On the day of your experience, we’ll meet at 9:00 AM for a short introductory theory session to ensure safety in the water.During the first dive, we’ll practice breathing techniques, static and dynamic apnea in shallow waters near the shores of Koh Nang Yuan island. After a break on the boat, we’ll go for the second dive, where we’ll practice equalization techniques and have our first experience with depth.We’ll return to the center by around 4:30 PM.

It’s a one-day SSI Intro or AIDA 1 program designed for complete beginners who want to discover freediving safely and comfortably: you’ll learn essential breathing, relaxation, and equalization skills, practice at real dive sites (we’re the only school on the island that does this), enjoy coral, fish, and nearby wrecks, and reach a maximum depth of up to 12 m—all in a fun, supportive environment.
What’s included and what’s not?
Included: full freediving equipment, a multilingual instructor (ES/EN/IT/TR) with a max of 4 students, dive insurance, two boat dives around Koh Tao, and boat snacks (fresh fruit, cookies, water, tea, coffee); not included: accommodation (we can help you find it), meals, photos (available as an add-on), transportation to the center, or a private instructor.
How is the day organized?
You’ll stop by the center the day before (before 8:00 PM) for registration and to try equipment; on the day, meet at 9:00 AM for a short safety-focused theory session, then make the first dive to practice breathing plus static and dynamic apnea in shallow waters near Koh Nang Yuan, take a break on the boat, and head for a second dive to work on equalization and experience depth, returning to the center around 4:30 PM.

The course is 3,900 THB; to confirm your spot, a 1,000 THB deposit per person is required via bank transfer, with the remaining balance payable by bank transfer or cash at registration—deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice; bring a swimsuit, towel, and good vibes.
